....Unfortunately for Orton, the Biggest Party of the Summer turned out to be the Biggest Disappointment of the Summer. As he has done so many times in his nearly year-long reign, Cena found a way to defy the odds. He fought through the pain of a stiff neck and lingering dizziness from multiple RKOs to defeat Orton.

Orton fully aware that Cena was still suffering from the effects of the RKOs, had targeted his head and neck repeatedly with headlocks and skull-crushing fists. His powerful blows to the head have made Cena stumbling around the ring and appearing disoriented, the Champ's eyes at times glazed... Pinning many times under his body a John Cena he had stunned to death, Orton had thought at several point during the match that Cena's championship reign was over .The last Cena's escape after the RKO was something of a miracle!
He knew the prodigious faculty of Cena to take the hit and to fight back - it's why he was the champ for more than a year- and he was very upset to have let himself be caught off guard in the FU when he had the victory at his hands!

Afterward Cena conceded that he had been pushed to the limit ."That's what this is all about" Cena said. "On paper, the statistics don't always work in my favor. Randy's been on a streak of not only winning matches, but ending careers. I enjoy being WWE Champion ? it has a lot to do with defining my existence. I like to lead by example. When your back's up against the wall and you're getting the snot kicked out of you, you can
either fight or give up. I keep fighting." |

...BUT THE LOSER RANDY ORTON FINISHED THE FIGHT FRESHER AND IN MUCH BETTER SHAPE THAT THE WINNER JOHN CENA. THOUGH HE LOST THE FIGHT TODAY ORTON SEEMED TO HAVE GOT CONFIRMATION OF HIS POWER'S SUPERIORITY THRASHING THE CHAMP AS NEVER HE HAD BEEN...JUST QUESTION OF TIME AND HE WILL HAVE THE BELT!
